Required to manage deliveries across multiple accounts on projects related to Google workspace deployments & Google customer support (24x7) post deployments. Responsible for people management of technology teams. Required to upskill self and the reporting team on the Google roadmap and new technologies. Expected to be adept in dashboards and metrics and be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
10+ years of experience in technology with 4+ years of experience in technical leadership. 5+ years of experience in migrating customers from legacy systems to Google Workspace. 4+ years of experience in migration tools e.g. Google Workspace Migrate, CloudM, Bit Titan, etc. 4+ years of experience in integration tools e.g. GAM, GCDS, Okta, ADFS, BetterCloud, etc. Working knowledge in the Google Cloud Platform. Serve as the primary point of communication with the stakeholders & customers while handling the Google Support Desk and the Google workspace deployments. Should have led a team of at least 10+ members in a fast-paced environment Working experience on Agile methodologies. Certifications (nice to have): Google Cloud Collaboration Engineer, Google Cloud Associate Engineer
