HR Business Partners

Job description

The HRBP will be responsible for partnering with the FNP Leadership Team to ensure HR Strategies support business needs & objectives. They will provide expert, at times strategic advice to the business on planning, management, & engagement of the workforce. Design the Human Capital Strategy to enable FNP in meeting its long-term growth objectives.

About the role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Performance & Reward Management: Design & implement a performance management system that allows organizational objectives to be linked with individual goals and enables a culture of high performance in the organization. · Ensure that the Total Rewards are closely linked to high performance & retention of high performers.- Rewards & Recognition program. · Work closely with the business to forecast demand for top skills and enable the Recruitment team accordingly.- Benchmarking survey/Trends. · Talent Management: Define & Execute the talent management strategy of the organization including competency design, career development, leadership development and succession planning · Learning & Development: Develop & Execute On-boarding programs for better Onboarding experience, TNI & support Training team in coming up with best programs. · Organization Culture: Support in defining a culture which embodies transparency, initiative and defining the process to grow internal cohesion and shared company culture driven by FNP Values. · Talent Retention: Design retention strategies specifically aimed at high potential employees in the organization – Action in the form of IDPs & Succession Planning. · Employer Branding and Employee Engagement: Establish an Employee Value Proposition that not only engages & enables retention of existing talent base, but also enables attraction & recruitment of top talent in the industry. · Drive the Employee Satisfaction Survey, encourage maximum participation, help analyze and explain results, and coach managers and teams in action planning exercises, follow-through on action plans to increase scores on all dimensions of survey. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thought Leadership: Proactively research & bring leading HR practices to the table to establish a best-in-class HR experience for employees that is also closely linked to meeting strategic growth objectives- Should have, not Must have HR Policy Management: Review & amend HR policies, as needed KEY SKILLS: • 2-4 years of Human Resources experience (HRBP) with MBA in HR from leading B- Schools( Preferably from Ecomm. Industry) • Experience partnering with business leaders in highly complex and dynamic business setting is required. • Experience assessing management and executive talent. • Experience in building new initiatives and processes • Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results. COMPETENCIES: • Strong business acumen to ensure that HR practices are aligned to meeting business goals. • Strong analytical abilities to illustrate HR’s impact on the organization. • Good in communication at all levels. Strong in Influencing and Facilitation skills , ability to work in cross functional teams, effective presentation and consultation skills, strong data analysis and representation skills • Take initiative to develop & drive best-in-class HR practices.
